This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor who is passionate about commercial contracts law and eager to develop their skills within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
* Deal with commercial contracts, provide business law advice and support on data protection matters and intellectual property issues
* Deliver outsourced in-house legal service to a number of clients, giving you exposure to a wide range of industries
* Support senior lawyers with high value complex work
* Assist in managing client relationships
About you
* You will have experience in commercial contracts law, whether as a qualified lawyer or as a trainee.
* Strong client and interpersonal skills
