We’re partnering with a high-growth, tech-enabled healthcare group backed by one of Europe’s leading PE firms to appoint a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This is a pivotal, board-level role leading operations across medical, dental, and diagnostic sites — while embedding digital innovation and AI across the platform.

As COO, you will:
* Lead and scale operations across the UK and Benelux
* Drive post-acquisition integration and operational excellence
* Build digital-first systems and teams that deliver outstanding patient care
