The Roof Gardens’ community is united by open-mindedness, optimism and kindness, not defined by background. The Role The Uniform Attendant is a key role in our operation. One of the first people our team members see as they start their shift, you’re the welcoming face who looks after their uniforms. You are responsible for ensuring your colleagues are always looking in tip top shape and ready to provide exceptional service to our members. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Service: Manage the Uniform Room at The Roof Gardens, including overseeing the distribution of clean uniforms to team members, ensuring proper labelling on all items, maintaining uniform quality and conducting garment repairs and alterations as required. Collaborate with F&B Management team to ensure readiness of uniforms for new hires, while also overseeing the linen laundry process and coordinating with the laundry company for team members' needs. Manage accurate record-keeping and a monthly inventory. Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area and throughout the club premises. Uphold high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and uniform presentation. Regularly inspect and report any faults or damage to equipment and fixtures. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Always comply with the premises license operating requirements.
