In this role you will: • Lead and support a team of support staff, ensuring effective delivery of the student timetable and daily briefings. • Provide high-quality learner support, tailored to individual needs, including personal care, medication administration, and physiotherapy assistance. • Support the development and review of student support packs, learning plans, and evidence portfolios. • Promote safeguarding and equality, ensuring all college policies and procedures are followed. • Act as a staff voice, offering feedback to senior staff to improve team performance and learner outcomes. • Commit to ongoing professional development, attending relevant training and updating CPD regularly.
