Due to business expansion, we are growing our team of Care Coordinators and opening a new hub in Thame, Oxford!
We offer a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team of experienced Care Coordinators supporting our Care in the Home division. You will provide premium customer service, coordinate and schedule care packages of approximately 14,000 hours per week, ensuring continuity of care for our clients at home.
Our services support children, young people, and adults with various conditions, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory conditions, and gastrointestinal issues, including PEG feeding.
When You'll Be Working
* 37.5 hours per week - office based
* 9am to 5:30pm
* On-call rota, 1 week every 8 weeks
What You'll Be Doing
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with clients and workers to check welfare and shift coverage
* Updating the Team Leader daily on critical team matters
* Maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, including safeguarding and complaints handling
* Communicating effectively with staff at all levels and with service users and the public
* Collaborating on innovative ideas and supporting a flexible, responsive workplace
* Delivering best practice and managing workloads efficiently
* Representing the company positively and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
What You'll Have
* Experience as a Care Coordinator
* Experience with booking and phone systems
* Conflict resolution skills
* Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a dynamic approach
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team, with creative thinking
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo)
