The site currently offers Monday - Friday; core office hours
Salary
This position is full time,you’ll receive an annual salary up to £60,000per annum - depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
What you'll be doing
As aHead of Healthcare, your responsibilities will vary. You will
* As the Head of Healthcare you will be responsible for the pro-active general management of the healthcare establishment, maintaining the strategic direction and delivering the agreed contractual requirements and targets and managing the unit within its financial framework.
* Maintaining agreed standards of service, and leading, motivating and developing staff. This role also includes responsibility for all aspects of personnel, financial reporting, IM&T and general management of the healthcare establishment and being the CQC Registered Manager.
* Clinical & Non - Clincial applications welcome
* promote safe patient care
* develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.

Qualifications required
* You will be able to provide evidence of your strong and compassionate leadership ability and have undertaken management training.
* With experience of working within governance frameworks and of effectively managing teams including HR processes.
* Experience of managing budgets
* Experience of CQC regulations
* Clinical or Non - Clinical background within healthcare
* Excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills and IT literacy
* Ability to work within a busy environment
* Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
