Primary Responsibilities:
* Deliver technical projects within programme and budget.
* Develop methodologies, guidance, and templates for engineering and modelling projects.
* Initiating and developing innovative approach to create efficiency and added values.
* Lead or support the tendering process, including proposals and cost estimation. * Excellent knowledge in water network, modelling and engineering design.
* Proven track record in the use of hydraulic models to solve engineering problems.
* Proven track record of leading on client liaison and converting opportunities into projects.
* Strong writing skills including engineering report, guidance document and proposal.
* Excellent data analysis skills and problem solving skills.
* Experience in GIS packages and data visualisation..
* Experience in coding and tool development.
* Chartered engineer or working towards chartership
