Overview

We are looking for a bright, organised and highly motivated early-career professional to work closely with the Directors and support the day-to-day running of operations across our group and its sister companies.

This is not a typical administrative role.

The position offers direct exposure to business operations, strategic projects, and leadership decision-making, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn how businesses are built and run from the inside.

You will work closely with the Directors, shadow meetings, assist with operational projects, conduct research, and coordinate activities across multiple businesses within the group.

Although you will be employed by one company, you will also be working with multiple group companies operating in different industries and markets, providing a unique opportunity to gain broad business exposure and experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to learn, and who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.

The role will continue to evolve, with additional responsibilities and opportunities as the business grows.


Key Responsibilities

Director Support

* Shadow Directors during meetings, projects and operational activities
* Prepare meeting notes, action lists and follow-ups
* Assist with scheduling, coordination and correspondence
* Track progress on key business initiatives

Administrative & Operational Support

* Manage documents, reports and internal records
* Coordinate with teams across group companies
* Assist with organising meetings, travel and logistics
* Handle general operational and office tasks as required
* Manage supplier relationships, including utilities and service providers

Research & Analysis

* Conduct research on markets, competitors, suppliers and new opportunities
* Prepare concise research reports and presentations
* Gather information to support strategic decisions

Project & Coordination Support

* Help track ongoing projects across sister companies
* Follow up with teams to ensure timelines and deadlines are met
* Assist with preparing project updates and summaries

General Support

* Assist Directors with ad-hoc tasks and operational needs
* Help improve internal processes and organisation
* Assist with data organisation, reporting and documentation


Ideal Candidate

* Graduate or early-career professional (0–3 years experience)
* UK Driving license holder
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Curious, proactive and eager to learn
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
* Good research and analytical ability
* Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
