Financial Controller, Perm, Industry, Co. A well established and growing manufacturing organisation are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join the senior leadership team. This role is being managed on a confidential basis and offers the opportunity to shape the strategic financial direction of a business undergoing investment, modernisation, and continuous improvement. You will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, strengthening systems and controls, and supporting operational excellence across the organisation. As Financial Controller, you will take full responsibility for the finance function, providing accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
