We are recruiting for a handson committedexperienced Registered Manager in adult care where you can make areal difference to the lives of people with care needs within avery wellestablished care home setting.
You willbe leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional andinnovative care and support to the people within thehome.
What youwill be doing:
* Lead byexample and working in partnership with the team to safeguardresidents at all times.
* Ensuring compliancewith all relevant regulatory standards including CQC localauthorities national and professional standards.
* Overall operational responsibility for the management ofthe site
* Take responsibility for the businessdevelopment of the branch.
* Support the careteam to organise appropriate exciting and engaging activities forthe residents.
* Positively contribute to thedevelopment of the team empowering them to promote independencewithin the home and wider community.
* Tooperationally manage the home ensuring effective and efficient useof physical and financial resources
* Provideleadership to a team of staff promoting the values of theorganisation and ensuring positive relationships acrossprofessional boundaries.
* Conduct regularsupervisions appraisals service and compliance audits.To contributeto the financial viability and future profitability of all theservices offered by the Branch
What experience and qualifications do youneed:
* Level 5 inLeadership and Management in Health and Social Care or Equivalent(or working towards).
* Previous experience ofworking in adult care home.
* Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
* Adaptability and flexibility
* Provencapacity to manage and motivate a team of staff.
* Efficiently organise plan and prioritiseworkload.
