Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Housekeeper role based in the Greater Leicester Area. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing day-to-day home assistance tasks, which may include cleaning, tidying, and organizing living spaces, managing laundry services, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients. The role requires interacting with clients in a professional and caring manner while understanding and catering to their specific needs.
Qualifications
* Expertise in household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in organization and maintaining order in living spaces
* Willingness to undergo training to understand client expectations and improve skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of service
* Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
* A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred
* DBS check clearance required
