Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated Nurse to deliver and maintain a high standard of nursing care to our patient population.
We are looking to fill between 30 and 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for the right candidate. The successful candidate must have prior experience working as a Practice Nurse within General Practice and be competent across core practice nursing duties. Experience in cervical screening and chronic disease management is essential.

* Two fulltime experienced Practice Nurses.
* Two fulltime Health Care Support Workers with advanced skills.
* A highly dedicated GP team.
* An exceptional management and administrative team.
* An additional Practice Nurse will complement and strengthen our existing nursing structure.

* Treatment Room duties
* Chronic Disease Management
* Cervical Cytology
* Family Planning
* Travel Health
* Childhood and Adult Immunisations
Requirements
* Prior experience as a Practice Nurse in General Practice.
* Competent across core practice nursing duties.
* Experience in cervical screening and chronic disease management.
* Desirable skills: Independent Prescribing, Minor Illness Management.
