We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic BAR TENDER/WAITING to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service and ensuring that all dining needs are met. Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
* Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions.
* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes.
* Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
Skills
* Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent guest services.
* Previous experience IS ESSENTIAL, with knowledge of serving techniques.
* Understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
* Basic math skills for handling payments and processing bills accurately.
* Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous for assisting with food preparation.
* Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
