About the role: As a Senior Carer, you’ll: Deliver high-quality, safe and responsive care to clients in their own homes. Support clients with personal care, medication administration, and nutritional needs. Carry out delegated clinical tasks (following training and competency sign-off). Lead and support care staff in the field, including shadowing and spot checks. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals. Contribute to care plans and risk assessments to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Promote independence and champion client dignity at all times. What we’re looking for: Experience in home care or healthcare support (essential). A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards it. Confident in providing personal care and using equipment such as hoists. A driver with access to a vehicle (essential due to community visits). Excellent communication skills, compassion and a calm, can-do approach.
