With increased staff absence and short-term cover needs, schools require reliable and adaptable individuals who can step into classrooms at short notice. These roles are ideal for individuals seeking flexible work, those between roles, or anyone looking to gain further experience across a variety of school settings. Experience within schools is beneficial but not essential. We welcome applicants with transferable skills from care, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, tutoring, customer service, or leadership roles.
