The Role:

Class teacher for a mixed Year 3/4 cohort, supported by experienced colleagues and a full-time TA
*
Delivering a creative and challenging lower KS2 curriculum tailored to meet the needs of a mixed-age group
*
Planning time protected, with additional collaboration opportunities across the phase
*
Encouraged to contribute to the wider life of the school
Person Specification:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Recent KS2 teaching experience (Year 3, 4, or mixed-year classes an advantage)
*
Strong classroom management skills and a reflective approach to teaching
*
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to inclusive practice
*
ECTs considered and supported with a strong induction programme
