Joinery Project Manager
Our client is looking for a Joinery Project Manager who enjoys seeing a job through from first conversation to final install. This role sits right at the heart of the project, pulling together clients, designers, the workshop and site teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and the end result is something everyone’s proud of.

What you’ll be doing
Taking ownership of joinery projects from award through manufacture, installation and handover
Putting together realistic programmes and keeping projects on track against time and budget
Being the main point of contact for clients and attending meetings when needed
Working closely with designers, architects, contractors and consultants
Keeping a close eye on costs, variations and final accounts
Coordinating materials, fittings and specialist subcontractors
Liaising day-to-day with the joinery workshop to make sure drawings and details are understood
Managing deliveries and supporting site installations to ensure quality standards are met
Stepping in to resolve technical or production issues before they become problems
Making sure health & safety and quality standards are followed on every project
Keeping project information organised and providing regular updates through to completion
What they’re looking for
Experience running joinery or fit-out projects from start to finish
A good understanding of bespoke and/or commercial joinery
Comfortable reading drawings and spotting potential issues early
Organised, calm under pressure and confident dealing with clients and teams
Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-led mindset
Happy using project management software and Microsoft Office
Nice to have
Experience on higher-end residential or commercial projects
CSCS Manager-level card
NVQ Level 6 or 7 in Construction Management
