Overview
Do you have the ambition to lead the pastoral arrangements for a specific year group? Can you create a positive year identity and establish high standards of achievement, behaviour and attendance? Our Senior Leadership Team work collaboratively across the Trust to enhance each school, whilst allowing them to keep their own sense of individuality. As our Trust grows, so does our need for talented, skilled individuals. Each of our employees brings a unique mindset, new ideas and positively impacts the development of our Trust. We are therefore dedicated to creating our own, growing our own, inspiring our own, and retaining our own. And of course, Children First as a Trust, we are always looking to develop our staff to grow their career with us through mentoring and professional development opportunities. Our staff are driven by one main vision, to do our best for every single pupil so that they can develop to their full potential, to act courageously and with integrity in all that they do.
The pastoral team here at JFC plays a key role in setting the tone and culture for their year group. They are expected to model and uphold the values of the school—hard work, kindness and resilience—and to provide support, care and guidance for all students as required in their year group. Student Managers will have many opportunities to broaden their knowledge through the implementation of various CPD opportunities and support and ongoing training with the Senior Team Pastoral Leads.
