Role Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching in a UK primary school (preferred).
* A valid and up-to-date DBS check (or a willingness to apply).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to commute to Ancaster.
Your Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of Year 1 pupils.
* Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance the learning experience.
