US market entry in 2026 You are
A proven builder who’s scaled a
recruitment, staffing, or professional services firm
from early stage to
£10m+ in the capacity of MD/CEO Bonus: you’ve successfully taken a business through
an exit
— or played a pivotal role in one Commercially sharp: sales-driven with strong client acquisition track record Comfortable in
AI/tech-enabled services
and excited by the space Financially savvy:
P&L ownership
and cost discipline A leader with
high EQ
— someone people
want
to follow UK-based (remote-friendly) The package

£225k – £300k
