Overview
2026 Graduate Programme - Advisory Services at WSP. We are looking for graduates to join our Advisory teams, delivering innovative, actionable and scalable advice for today and tomorrow across a range of clients and projects.
Responsibilities
* Deliver innovative advisory work across Infrastructure & Economic Advisory, Transformation & Digital Advisory, Digital Advisory, and GL Hearn within London, Birmingham or Manchester and other locations as indicated.
* Support projects such as government, energy, transport, local government, and digital transformation programmes through data gathering, analysis, stakeholder engagement, workshops and client materials.
* Prepare presentations, workshop materials, reports, and support bids and proposals.
* Assist with project management, risk registers, timelines, and development of consulting workstreams under senior guidance.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate specialist knowledge and deliver tangible client impact.
Projects and Teams
* Infrastructure & Economic Advisory: economic analysis, evaluation, strategy, impact assessment, ESG due diligence, and advisory to government and investors.
* Day-to-day activities include supporting industry leaders, data gathering, market studies, feasibility assessments, and site visits in the UK and Europe.
* Transformation & Digital Insights, Digital Advisory: digital strategies, data analytics, dashboards, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives for councils, universities, healthcare, and national infrastructure projects.
* GL Hearn (Valuation): path to Chartered Surveyor status with rotations in Business Rates and Valuation teams; day-to-day activities include gathering evidence for market value, communication with valuation bodies, leases review, financial appraisals, and town centre projects.
Your Programme and Development
Two-year Graduate Development Programme with blended learning, core business and professional skills, mentoring for professional registration, and on-the-job experience. Our aim is to support your growth toward chartered or incorporated status with formal training and APC pathways.
