Duties & Responsibilities
* Conduct three comprehensive assessments per day evaluating clients' physical and mental health.
* Prepare detailed reports based on assessment findings.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans.
* Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
* Explain assessment processes and outcomes clearly to clients.
* Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Criteria
* Valid license to practice as an occupational therapist, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedic, or doctor
* Full registration with HCPC, NMC, or GMC
* At least one year of post-registration experience
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Valid driving license or access to reliable transport
* Ability to pass a government vetting process, including a DBS or Access NI check
