Due to the progression of our existing staff and the expansion of our team, we are looking for passionate individuals to join us at Trinity House in Lowestoft to support our customers in arrears.
We are an inbound contact centre dedicated to helping customers in arrears by providing support and working towards the best possible outcomes. The role is fast-paced and varied, involving calls related to payment plans, affordability schemes, litigated queries, and signposting to external organisations. While previous experience in an arrears-based role is desirable, it is not essential—we offer fully paid training to equip you with the tools and skills needed to succeed and grow in the role.
