You will need to be qualified - either a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer. Joining a small but perfectly formed team you can expect to handle all aspects of residential conveyancing including traditional sale and purchase, leasehold, freehold, land registry, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and shared ownership.
You can lean on the experience of your motivated and enthusiastic colleagues. A good working knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous however a general enthusiasm for conveyancing is most important and applications from relocators will be considered by the firm.
