We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team in Ellon. In this role you will be supporting two ladies and a gent who live in their own shared bungalow, with a large garden and shared spaces. The people we support range in age from 54-76 and have varying needs including visual and hearing impairments, wheelchair mobility, learning disabilities, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. Activities include Scottish music, socialising, walking, visiting cafes, going out in the car, swimming and arts and crafts.
We are recruiting for a 25–30 hour role. Two staff are on shift at any time with one sleepover shift. Shifts are typically 8.30–5.30, with a sleepover from 11.30am–12pm the next day.

Responsibilities
* Provide person-centered support to two individuals in their own home, ensuring safety, dignity and independence.
* Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making a meaningful impact on their lives.
* Follow care plans and adapt to changing needs while maintaining consistent, high-quality care.
* Work within a two-person team on site, including a sleepover shift when required.
* Engage in a range of activities aligned with the individuals’ interests and goals.
* Attend training and development opportunities offered by the employer.
