They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Manager or Commercial Lead to drive their commercial operations and contribute to their continued growth. This role would be ideal for an established manager or someone looking to step up into the role
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet business goals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Lead negotiations for contracts, extensions, and amendments.
• Manage a small team and ensure administration is kept up to date
• Work with pricing models that ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare commercial reports and forecasts for senior management.
About You:
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, ideally within offshore logistics or related industries.
• Management experience with strong administration skills
• Strong knowledge of commercial practices.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator with strong leadership qualities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
• Familiarity with offshore and maritime industry standards and regulations. (Advantageous)
