* Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
* Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
* Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately.
* Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records.
* Collaborate with the finance team on month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Respond to internal and external queries related to financial matters.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Contribute to ad hoc finance projects as required.
Profile
A Successful Accounts Assistant (part Time) Should Have
* Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally within manufacturing and production.
* A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
