Admissions Manager (Maternity Cover)

The Role
This is a strategic and customer-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing complex processes, and delivering exceptional service to prospective families. As Admissions Manager, you will:
·Lead and manage the admissions process from initial enquiry through to student enrolment
·Organise and deliver tours, open events, and promotional activities
·Maintain accurate and secure admissions data and compliance documentation
·Work closely with marketing and academic teams to ensure messaging and communications reflect the school's values and curriculum
·Build relationships with families, agents, and consultants to promote the school’s profile
·Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support a smooth transition for new students
·Ensure safeguarding and child protection best practices are upheld at all times
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
·Proven experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a similar client-facing role
·Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·Experience with digital platforms and CRM/enrolment systems
·Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment
·A professional, personable, and proactive approach
Desirable:
·Experience within international or independent school settings
·Understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum
·Multilingual abilities
·Marketing and event coordination experience
