We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their high-performing team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll confidently manage a diverse caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Prepare and review contracts, title documents, and property searches accurately.
* Build strong, professional relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers, and fellow solicitors.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management protocols.
* Provide excellent client service through clear and timely communication.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
* Proven experience in residential property law (essential).
* Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
* Experience with conveyancing case management systems.
* A proactive, team-oriented, and positive attitude.
