Our well-established client, based in Slough, is looking for a Front of House Receptionist.
This is a permanent position, to start asap, therefore the ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.
The successful candidate will help to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the front desk and to deliver a first-class professional customer service to its guests. The successful candidate will be friendly and personable with a good understanding of IT systems.
* Monday - Friday - 9am - 5.30pm
* £26k + bonus

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
2. Handle day-to-day front of house enquiries.
3. Answer the switchboard and maintain a rapid response rate according to the agreed standards.
4. Communicate with clients, suppliers and other members of staff clearly and effectively.
5. Establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, managers and the general public.
6. Prepare meeting rooms and service of refreshments.
7. Handle all customer/ visitor enquiries in a courteous and friendly manner. Keep the reception and common areas clean and tidy at all times.
8. Order and maintain the correct amount of office supplies.
9. Ensure that Health & Safety processes are adhered to.
10. Handle all general admin duties.
