Overview
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to work on a part-time basis at Hilton Birmingham Metropole's destination Bar and Restaurant, Brightsmith on the Water. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment serving Guests and ensuring excellent Customer Service. Previous experience working in a busy bar or nightclub would be an advantage. Hourly Rate of £12.27 per hour plus service charge
Responsibilities
* Join the Food & Beverage team, in either the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service or Conference and Banqueting.
* Take and deliver food and drinks orders, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a busy bar or nightclub is advantageous.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high standards of service.
* Part-time availability.
