JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday
START: ASAP
SALARY: £25,000 + commission
LOCATION: Central Bournemouth working in a modern office

The role:
Outbound calls to clients to advise of new legislation changes
Providing an excellent service to clients and being their main point of contact
Assisting with general client queries and problem solving any issues
Responding to client emails
Building an excellent relationship with clients
Working to weekly KPI's What You'll Bring:

Previous customer service or sales experience
Previous experience within a fast paced role
