We’re now looking for an outstanding Head of Supply Chain to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain and help build the infrastructure needed to support continued scale.
The Opportunity;
This is a critical leadership role, sitting at the heart of the business and acting as the connector between Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and at scale, while also building and optimising the systems, processes, and partnerships required for long-term growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
What You’ll Be Doing;
* Owning and leading the S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, and production
* Translating commercial growth plans into robust supply strategies
* Leading procurement across materials, packaging, and suppliers
* Building strong supplier partnerships, governance, and risk management frameworks
* Driving inventory optimisation and working capital efficiency
* Overseeing logistics and fulfilment to deliver high service levels
* Partnering cross-functionally to enable scalable, efficient growth
* Developing and evolving the supply chain function as the business grows
What We’re Looking For
* 8–12+ years’ experience in senior supply chain roles within FMCG / CPG
* Proven ownership of S&OP in fast-paced, scaling environments
* Strong procurement and supplier management expertise
* Commercially minded, data-driven, and systems fluent
* A confident cross-functional leader, comfortable influencing at all levels
* Able to operate with pace, ambiguity, and a continuous improvement mindset
* Passion for sustainability and purpose-led businesses is a strong plus
