Role Overview
Part‑time IT & Systems Architect
Location: Northenden, Manchester (Hybrid / Some Remote Flexibility)
Commitment: 2 days per week (flexible)
We are looking for a highly organised, forward‑thinking IT & Systems Architect to design and implement the internal digital infrastructure that will support the next phase of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning before scaling, building clarity across teams, calendars, and systems, and creating strong foundations for a growing organisation.
The Role – What You’ll Be Working On
* Designing and implementing the internal digital and operational structure for AMK Consulting Hub
* Setting up, configuring, and optimising Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
* Creating clear internal team structures, access controls, workflows, and permissions
* Setting up and managing multiple calendars (Teams calendars, shared calendars, practitioner schedules, leadership calendars)
* Structuring systems for team collaboration, communication, and task management
* Implementing and supporting The Entrepreneur Circle – Genie AI as our core marketing and CRM platform
* Integrating marketing, CRM, and internal systems to support automation and scalability
* Working closely with leadership to ensure systems are well planned, branded, and scalable before expansion
What We’re Looking For
* Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
* Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Genie AI experience is a plus, but not essential)
* Excellent at planning, structuring, and organising systems across multiple teams
* Confident managing multiple calendars, workflows, and internal structures
* Strategic thinker with a practical, hands‑on approach
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in Information Technology and IT Operations
* Proficiency in Information Security and Network Security protocols
* Excellent Analytical Skills for problem‑solving and decision‑making
* Good organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with current technology trends and tools
* Ability to work effectively on‑site in Manchester
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
