The Private Service Coordinator will assist with answering the telephone, booking future appointments and responding to any queries using a variety of different systems.
The thought of eye surgery can be a daunting prospect for patients to deal with, so our private service Coordinator needs to be able to put patients at ease. They also need strong communication skills, to be able to explain the purpose of the different tests and help the patients understand their treatment and available options.
Newmedica is committed to the growth and development of all our colleagues. The Private Service Coordinator role is a great opportunity to have exposure to both the clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare.
