About the role…
As Account Manager / Project Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the agency, leading client relationships and ensuring brand and packaging projects are delivered seamlessly from brief through to final delivery. You’ll be the key link between clients and the creative team, making sure work is strategically sound, creatively strong, and delivered on time and on budget.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
* Owning and nurturing key client relationships, acting as the main point of contact
* Managing brand identity and packaging design projects end to end
* Translating client objectives into clear, inspiring creative briefs for design teams
* Overseeing timelines, budgets and resources to keep projects running smoothly
* Working closely with design, strategy and production teams to deliver standout creative
* Ensuring packaging projects move smoothly through design, artwork and production stages

What we’re looking for…
* Proven experience as an Account Manager or Project Manager within a branding, design or packaging agency
* Strong understanding of brand development and packaging design processes
* Confident managing multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously
* Excellent client communication skills, with experience presenting creative work
* Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
