Summary:
The Perioperative Readiness Technician role is responsible for assisting the healthcare team in organizing and implementing basic department activities and supporting the physician/advanced practice practitioner in patient care tasks related to assessment and preparation of patients for surgery.
Key duties include:
* Phlebotomy
* Taking vitals
* Rooming patients
* Other associated tasks for this day shift, per diem role
Location:
MMC Portland Brighton Ave Campus
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: At least one year required; three years preferred. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Perioperative Services Technician II.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements: N/A
