We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading cloud and managed service providers, who are looking to expand their support team. Contributing to project delivery, as well as 3rd line support resolving complex issues, this role presents a unique opportunity to hold high level technical ownership over enterprise grade solutions across data centre, network, and security environments.
Key Details:
* Location: Remote
* Salary: Up to £65,000 basic salary - experience dependent
* Must Haves: Experience with Fortinet and Extreme Networks, one of which in depth.
* Work/Life Balance: 37 hour work week – all from the comfort of your own home!
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the L3 escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents.
* Support core technologies including LAN, WLAN, WAN, VMware, SAN storage, and authentication services.
* Lead project delivery and technical implementations.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
* Participate in an additionally paid on-call rotation (1 in 5 weeks, with flexibility to increase if desired)
