You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment necessary for trial work. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating horticultural equipment following defined procedures to carry out trial work.
Ensuring samples are collected, processed, and delivered on time.
Resolving routine issues independently or with minimal guidance from senior staff.
Prioritising tasks effectively to meet production timelines.

Experience: Previous work experience in a horticultural or agricultural production environment is essential.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of the growth and care requirements of plant material in a glasshouse setting.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to assist in reporting and documentation.
