Marketing & PR Manager | Luxury Fashion/Accessories & Lifestyle brand
Location: London-based | On-site Monday–Thursday, Remote Fridays
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing & PR Manager or established executive seeking to join a small, high-profile, growing luxury fashion/accessories/lifestyle brand. This is a rare role that combines high-level brand leadership with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment with a passion for refined storytelling and innovation.
Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will be responsible for shaping and communicating the brand narrative across every touchpoint. From social media strategy and digital campaigns to PR, print, and in-store experiences—you will set the tone, aesthetic, and voice of a brand recognised for its sophistication and quality.
Your role will include:
* Leading integrated marketing and communication strategies that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning
* Creating and maintaining a brand book and tone of voice guidelines
* Innovating on social media to drive visibility and engagement
* Crafting copy and editorial content for campaigns, websites, ads, and email marketing
* Overseeing seasonal photoshoots, working closely with stylists, photographers, and designers to ensure elevated visual output
* Planning the annual marketing calendar and managing campaign rollouts
* Acting as brand guardian to ensure visual and tonal consistency across all platforms
* Collaborating across departments—design, product, and e-commerce—to ensure unified messaging
* Leading relationships with PR agencies and external creatives
* Measuring success using KPIs tied to engagement, growth, and campaign performance
Who we’re looking for:
You are experienced, detail-oriented, and innately stylish. You understand how to craft aspirational narratives while remaining commercially minded. You bring a deep understanding of luxury, social media trends and digital culture, but with a classic eye for tone, pace, and beauty.
Requirements:
* Strong background in marketing, communications, or copywriting
* Minimum 2 years in a leadership role, touching on both Marketing and PR
* Proven track record with luxury—ideally in fashion or lifestyle brands
* Confident writing for high-end audiences across all platforms
* Highly aesthetic and concept-driven, with a flair for elegant storytelling
* Passionate about connecting with consumers in fresh, engaging ways
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and collaborative skills
Salary 50K-62K Basic + Bonus + Benefits
