We have an opportunity for an Outreach Worker to join our Family Hub Team supporting families, young people and children across the South Lakes area.
You will work within the Family Hub team to deliver outreach support and activities, working with partner organisations, stakeholders, families, young people and communities to ensure the Family Hub service is built on the needs of the community.
About the opportunity
You will need an awareness and understanding of Family Help and Family Hubs and the ability to engage and consult with children, young people, families and their communities.

Responsibilities
The role involves delivering outreach support and activities within the Family Hub team and collaborating with partner organisations, stakeholders, families, young people and communities to ensure services meet local needs.
Qualifications and criteria
Essential criteria include:
* Experience of working collaboratively with partner organisations and building/maintaining professional relationships.
* Passion for supporting families and improving outcomes for children and young people.
* Awareness and understanding of Family Help and Family Hubs; ability to engage with children, young people, families and communities.
