What youll be getting stuck into as a Quality Assurance Manager
* Leading a robust quality assurance framework aligned to CQC standards across residential, supported living, life skills and visitor-facing services
* Planning and coordinating audits, quality checks and improvement actions across the organisation
* Monitoring compliance and performance data, translating insight into clear actions and assurance reporting
* Overseeing policy governance, document control and review processes to ensure consistency and compliance
* Supporting inspections and producing clear reports for senior leadership, trustees and governance committees
What youll bring to the table as a Quality Assurance Manager
* Previous experience in quality assurance or compliance within health, social care or a charity environment
* Strong working knowledge of CQC standards, audit processes and quality improvement
* Experience producing clear, senior-level written reports using data and insight
* A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across East Kent and attend sites when required
Working hours: 15 hours per week, with exceptional flexibility on how those hours are worked from week-to-week. Some home working is possible, but on-site presence and travel across East Kent is essential when required.
