Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the following post within the Economy & Place Directorate.
The Network, Parking and Road Safety team requires a suitably qualified Technician to assist in the investigation, evaluation and delivery of a range of projects and requests within the Traffic Projects team.
Applicants must be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to working arrangements and will have suitable experience and operational knowledge.
The main areas of responsibilities of the post include:
* Assist in the design and development of projects in the Traffic Projects team within the Network, Parking and Road Safety service.
* To produce drawings, contract documents, letters and other documentation relating to specific schemes
* To demonstrate, or develop, a good understanding of key construction guidance and regulations e.g. CDM, DMRB, TSRGD
