A Mechanical Engineering Manager is needed for a global EPC organization that has set out a strategic growth strategy in the UK due to substantial project wins.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience delivering EPC projects in oil and gas, petrochemical, and nuclear sectors, hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and possess deep knowledge and expertise in Mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
Key responsibilities include spearheading discipline success, managing projects throughout their lifecycle, driving project success by meticulously managing Mechanical engineering within budget and planning constraints, showcasing expertise by delivering compelling proposals and accurate estimates, and leading a team of engineers and designers in executing Mechanical & Piping designs across multi-discipline engineering, EPCM, or EPC projects.
Required skills and qualifications include strong leadership skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience working with CAD software, and proficiency in MS Office.
