Job Description
1. Drive and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, brand visibility, and demand generation
2. Integrate digital activities into broader marketing and brand strategies to ensure a seamless customer journey
3. Manage digital ecosystem including email marketing, e-commerce, online advertising, SEO/SEM, website strategy, and web analytics
4. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to support business growth
5. Develop, maintain, and optimize e-commerce product content, ensuring consistency and best practices across platforms
6. Create and execute email and SMS campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
7. Manage marketing automation processes, including system optimization, CRM integration, and implementation of best practices
8. Identify, implement, and manage marketing technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance
9. Plan and manage media and advertising strategies, staying up to date with market trends and innovations
10. Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility, traffic, and conversion
11. Build, maintain, and optimize website performance, ensuring functionality and user experience
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives
13. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
14. Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
Requirements
15. University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
16. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
17. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels: email, e-commerce, SEO/SEM, paid media, and web analytics
18. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
19. Understanding of website management, basic HTML/CSS, and digital technologies
20. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
21. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
22. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
23. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
