Job Description:
Inplace are currently seeking FLT Counterbalance Operators for ongoing ‘temp to perm’ work in Selby.
Our busy client operates at the forefront of waste recycling and has done for over 15 years. With an advanced ‘closed loop’ recycling system operating from this site, you will be proactively operating, maintaining and overseeing a number of duties throughout the facility.
We are offering an excellent long-term opportunity for candidates with the right attitude and experience.
What we are looking for:
Our FLT Operators will need to have the following attributes:
· Experience of operating a Counterbalance FLT
· A Nationally recognised FLT Certificate passed or refreshed within the last 3 years.
· Ability to work both indoors and out in the yard as needed.
· Good levels of communication
· Flexibility concerning working hours.
The Role:
· Moving material throughout a busy recycling facility.
· Loading and unloading walking floors and curtainsiders as required
· Working as part of a team and supporting the wider operating team on site.
· General Warehousing duties
Hours of Work / Shift Patterns:
· Monday to Thursday 6am-6pm
