As a Payroll Advisor, you are someone with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You are a team player and an excellent communicator. You would thrive on the opportunity to work collaboratively in our in-house payroll function operating across two legislation types and multiple payroll frequencies. Your remit would be to pay our stakeholders accurately and on time whilst ensuring legislative compliance. You're not the type to struggle to adapt to changing priorities or not achieve the desired outcomes to deadlines. In this role, you will manage competing deadlines whilst delivering high volume workload requirements and work together with other team members to achieve their deliverables. You'll be instrumental in administering both UK and ROI payroll requirements, onboarding new hires, administering absence payments, running auto enrolment processes, sending real-time information and PAYE submissions, running and validating timesheet uploads, offboarding and completing payroll reconciliation and reporting procedures.
