We're looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to join technology services organisation supporting the automotive sector. Sitting within the CTO organisation, you'll act as the technical bridge between business units and solution delivery teams — helping shape and cost technology solutions in response to client RFPs.
* Partner with solution leads and business units to assess incoming RFPs/RFIs and determine the best‑fit solution (build, buy, or hybrid).
* Collaborate with internal technical teams across Infrastructure Operations, Product Engineering, Security & Compliance, PMO, and Enterprise Applications to design scalable solutions.
* Pull together solution architectures, delivery models, and cost estimates for proposals.
* Provide technical oversight during early delivery stages, ensuring alignment with customer and internal expectations.
Ideal Profile
* Large‑scale systems integration or managed services environments.
* Designing or supporting BPO, helpdesk, or technical support services.
* Working with diverse technology stacks (.NET, Java, AI/ML, SaaS, Python).
* Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
* Strong communication skills — able to collaborate across international teams and translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
