Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation with state-of-the-art office space who are looking for short term temporary receptionist to join the team in October. The office is based in Newton le Willows and due to office location, a driver with their own transport would be required.
What you will be doing as a Receptionist /Front of House Host?
* Responsible for providing Reception support and ensuring seamless and quality customer service for all guests and employees at the company
* Postal duties including franking
* Be the first point of call for all guests & visitors - greeting them on arrival and handling their enquiries.
* Signing in and out customers, providing visitors and allocating car parking spaces
* Answering and directing telephone calls
What experience do you require for the Receptionist?
* A background in hospitality, Front of House or within a customer-oriented business
* Previous experience in reception or hosting would be beneficial
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong customer service and well organised
What will you LOVE about the role of Receptionist /Front of House Host?
Work hours: 8 am to 5pm
Pay rate £13 p/h
