This is a professionally structured fresh-food kitchen led by a settled Head Chef and family owners, operating to consistent standards with a clear focus on training, food quality, and calm, organised service.
The operation is busy and seasonal, with strong volumes split across lunch and dinner services.
The role offers more than service delivery alone. You'll be trusted with real responsibility, encouraged to contribute creatively, and supported to grow your leadership skills while enjoying a genuinely appealing lifestyle.

The Role
Support the leadership and day‑to‑day running of a busy pub kitchen
Focus on fresh ingredients and making, wherever possible, everything in-house
Maintain consistency, structure, and standards across all services
Contribute to menu planning and oversee service on Head Chef days off
Train, mentor, and support junior chefs within the brigade
Uphold health, safety, and operational best practice About You
